The Jury of the Common Man is still out

The jury is still out. Actually, the jury has not been appointed or even convened yet. The American people are the only jury that can be called to order, and to vote, under these dire circumstances. Citizens of the USA, you are being called upon to vote as to whether the President of the United States, his staff, or any of their subordinates, cronies, etc, has committed any offenses that have broken the sacred laws of this country, either here or abroad, according to your guaranteed, by the constitution, interpretation of the constitution of The United States. (We are not talking speeding tickets here!)

Under these circumstances, the fair reporting media;which are those sections of the media, internet media, and Bloggers, who have not helped perpetrate this lawbreaking, and that are not tied at the hip to the federal and state governments (groups which are yet to be determined) and their proven and well known cronies, and their unconstitutional acts, shall be called in as testifying officers; whose powers have been duly granted by our constitution, and who support the constitution and its continuance, and its definition as a vehicle of the Freedom of the American Peoples, and continued freedom of ‘We The People”, over the wealthy capitalist rights of the elected government and their wealthy business partners now in majority. Also, all of those countries, our neighbors, who have been harmed by us in any way when we consider those actions that were beyond the fold of our elected representatives actions shall be called in, and welcomed, to testify to the actions of our elected representatives, and their testimonies, as much as can be verified, shall be taken into consideration by ‘WE THE PEOPLE’ when we vote on this matter.

The constitution of our country did not specify that a minority could run roughshod over the majority. Our constitution did not specify that a majority could run roughshod over a minority.
These two considerations are what the basics of our constitution presume to guarantee we the people. Our constitution did specify that ‘The Rule of Law’, as defined by said constitution, must be followed under any and all circumstances. That the ‘Rule of Law’ was followed as written in our constitution, by our chief elected officials (?) and his minions, is what we are voting on right now. A King could literally define the rule of law into his favor, to cover his actions, and that is what we are up against with the Bush Administration. A President with the powers of a King!

Incidentally, considering that said constitution was written for the protection of the ‘Common Citizen’, and the ’Common Citizen’s' definitions of their guaranteed freedoms, those definitions promulgated by said constitution must be interpreted, as to their validity, by the court of the common man, and not interpreted by those who only hold allegiance to those of wealth and power. We, at this time, are not questioning the motives of the 'common citizens' of this country, but are voting as 'common citizens' upon known facts and our opinion, as to whether those that we have elected to represent us have done so in a fair and open manner as regards the continuance of those tenets, and the continuance of our interpreted freedoms, held so dearly by said constitution, for the good of that 'common citizen'!
The opinions of this body, We The People, shall be conveyed to those who have been elected to represent ‘We the People, that they may be duly carried our immediately by our elected representatives as ‘WE THE PEOPLE’ see fit, within our constitutional rights.
Our constitution, the constitution of ‘WE THE PEOPLE’ loses its power to protect our constitutional rights when it is not interpreted in free and open debate by ‘WE THE PEOPLE’. This is the first and foremost of our rights, the right to ‘FREE SPEECH’, and that right accrues to how our constitution is interpreted and how our constitutional rights are handled by our elected officials. Without these caveats, any document’s validity is forever, and completely, in vain.
“The government is for the people; and the misfortune was, that the people had no agency in the government before…..If the government is to be binding on the people, are not the people the proper persons to examine its merits or defects?” Governor Edmund Randolph
So,I would ask you, my fellow citizens, just what and who does our Constitution really protect? Is this a document ‘for the protection of the common citizen’, or is this just a document put out to fool the common citizen by giving the rights to interpret and decide the laws that fall on said common citizen by those of wealth and power? If the latter be the case, what protections do you really have? Is a man of wealth and power who sides with the king any different than the king? Then, if you do not see the constitution as providing you with the rights to decide the meaning of what your freedoms entail, again, I would ask you: of what importance is this document if it just gives the wealthy, the powerful, the same power over you and yours as had the king, and you are left with no voice other than which rich, wealthy, spokesman of that king just to vote into power?
Freedom is much more than being able to watch the television, or drive to the store, when you want. Freedom, which includes that super-important freedom, the right of free speech, also allows you to decide what the definitions of these most important terms is. Terms like freedom and the very important definitions of what our freedoms really are! Otherwise, the powers that be will make into law their choice for what ‘The People’s Freedom’ means; and the definition will be…DO AS I SAY, OR ELSE!

No vote will ever be as important as the vote you cast in this, 'our 'WE THE PEOPLE's' Freedom issue!
Since, at the present time, our elected representatives and our government do not care and have not prepared for a vote, it will be best, at this time, if you vote by sending your opinions and citizen's considerations to as many of your local medias as is possible. Also, letters to your representatives, and Senators, whether by email or regular postal mail, and phone calls to the same, will solidify our efforts to bring this situation back under the control of the 'common citizen' of this country. Our government and those who represent us in that government are helpless without our concerted and forceful feedback.
Vote for a definition of freedom as a definition that is decided by the common citizen and not the King and his cronies. Ask them, if freedom has nothing to do with what you define freedom to be, what freedom is then. Is freedom their freedom to continue to lie to us and replace our constitutional rights with the divine right of the Kings, etc.

Sacrificed to the gods of wealth

Sacrificed to the Gods of Wealth

The Constitution, and the Bill of Rights, of the United States is not a Capitalist document. Although it may have allowed for the creation of modern day capitalist economics, it would have to be said that the Constitution, and its founding father’s, would have forbid capitalism, capitalistic economic practices, and those industries and corporations that have been founded on these principles, from destroying, redefining, or removing the constitutional rights of the American people in order that they, the capitalist institutions, may ensure their continued survival and growth (over the growth of our inalienable rights) in a global economy had they ascertained the successes and powers these enterprises would have achieved. The constitution of the United States forbids any group of people, any majority, whether that be a majority in numbers or a majority in economic and monetary wealth, from destroying the ideals and tenets that this great country, and the rights of its common people, was founded upon.
Our major industries compete in a global economy with other industries from other countries, many of which are not democratic, or are not democratic in the way that our Constitution and Bill of Rights allows for us. Must we give up our American Freedoms, our Constitutional Rights, and our uniquely American social institutions so that these captains of industry can continue to create untold wealth for themselves, their owner’s, CEO’s, and stockholders, while leaving us in the wilderness?
The health and welfare of many, many, past generations of American workers; our relatives, fathers, mothers, and other family members, all of them, have worked hard and with fidelity to put these monsters of wealth and industry where they are today, and it is as patently obvious as the nose on my face that they hold no allegiance to any of the American people who put them where they are today. They now claim that they have a higher calling (call it their success) than the defense of our democracy, and the wellness of the United States and its peoples. They are selling themselves to the highest areas of maximum wealth creation (and the lowest wage countries) because our Constitution and the Bill of Rights of this country had provided the American citizen with a nominal lifestyle that has been the envy of the workers of other countries since its inception. It is for these reasons that we demand reasonable wages; that we need to uphold the quality, productivity, and health, of our society, and the quality of our social institutions; and it is because of these reasons that we are being deceived, lied to, and left, flat out with nothing, sitting on the streets; millions of us literally homeless and destitute, without work or health care; so that our major corporations and the, at one time, producers of wealth for ‘We the People of the United States’ can continue to capitalize upon their already incredible successes somewhere else!
Let us face it folks. We have been sold out, or, at the least, the process of selling us out is still going on and continues to accelerate its pace as these monsters become the global monarchs of industry and capitalism!
Let us take a look at our government to see many of the ways in which these pernicious deeds are being accomplished. Let us start at the top of our Federal Government. Recent estimates put it out that it costs approximately $, (Forty Million dollars!) to run for election as Chief Executive (the President) of this country. The many millions of dollars being, in the main, contributed to these campaigns by those wealthy businessmen, business owners, stockholders, CEOs, and those, like the wealthier members of the political parties, who stand to make a great deal of either money, power, influence, or all of the above, from the election of this already wealthy captain of industry himself. This is definitely not an area where the common citizen can ever attempt to go. Only those of great wealth, and those who will be, of course, willing to allow the monstrous super global corporations to continue the rape of our American way of life can dare too tread here. This gentleman, that we call our president, is the head of our elected political aristocracy, what used to be called ‘our government’ and like I said was, literally and monetarily, put there by those of great wealth building success so that they may continue to create untold, huge profits, and ever more billions and billions of dollars for their coffers. Go Capitalism Go! Don’t you just love it?
Our President and his staff have become the CEO’s of the American Capitalist Union, while our governors, senators and representatives are quickly becoming his field staff. We have elected them to represent us, but by ‘us’ they mean ’them’, the very successful business owners and still in the country industrialists, and of course their already well known cronies, the super-wealthy, the super-powerful, and the beyond American law, Global corporations.
Thanks, as far as these traitors is concerned, should also be handed out to our sneaky, sneaky Supreme Court, and the legal systems of this once great bastion of freedom, for allowing those lawyers who represent the wealthy to get their precious freedoms to destroy our freedoms, and our futures, greedily.
You can tell them by their actions, and let the truth be known that they, our elite, and wealthy above the law aristocracy, really care no more for American freedoms and the American citizens themselves than does their war machine care for the lives, livelihood, and freedoms of the Iraqi peoples. Yes, it is their war machine now, and I call it thus because if we get to far out of line in trying to get our freedoms and our country back, that war machine will be used against us again, and in a much larger and more effective manner than any ‘Kent state massacre’ that you can remember. And although we know that this, call it a standing Army if you want, is composed of our sons and daughters, husbands and wives, brothers and sisters, we know they are still at the mercy of their captains and the almost total misinformation or lack of information that keeps them in their place as good soldiers. Make no mistake about it; the wealth of our aristocracy is much more important than our lives to them, or they would not be going down this road in the first place.
Were they loyal to America and its freedoms and people, there would still be plenty of jobs and, we would still be helping those in other countries to bring their standards of living up to ours instead of destroying them.
What about Social Security, which really has no future in their world of capitalism and finance?
No, the death of Social Security, the increased, and in many cases, the impossibly high costs of medical care, and their willingness to spend trillions of dollars on wars are the boot marks of their armies already marching across the heartlands, and the hearts, hearths, and financial futures of ‘WE THE PEOPLE’!
My question to all of you is this: How long are we going to continue to allow this to happen to this great nation? Answer me that! Do you really think that a few marches, and a few people being arrested is going to do any good? When will we realize whom we are dealing with here; when we have all lost our freedoms and futures to their greed? Isn’t it time for ‘We the People’ to take this seriously in the aggregate; isn’t it time for us to go out into their arena and get this country, our vehicle, that was created by our founding fathers, this United States, back from these people who do not care. We need them to know that they will not destroy our nation and its good people without a fight. I ask you, Where else have we to go, where?
We must exercise intelligence in a very non-violent manner, and we must do so together, as the citizens of this country, before it is so late in the game that most of us no longer even remember what our founding fathers strived to create for us many years ago.
Let it be known then, that this great country is being attacked from within, and that like the immune system of a reasonably healthy individual, battling disease, we must rise up as this countries body politic, its immune system, and stop this inflammation that is consuming us, this disease on our freedoms, rights, and livelihoods, before it becomes a conflagration that consumes us, and our families, in our very homes!
Our disease is created by their greed!

I would be most interested in hearing from you.

We, the people, have been fooled again!

We, the People, have been fooled again!

Legal interpretation is the screw on which the authority of government turns, that it may increase its powers, as it sees fit, over the will of the people. This form of lawyer-speak has been instituted to necessarily, in its own (the government’s) view, allow itself, the government, the unmitigated authority of creating the meaning of terminologies used in all its important decision making, so as to usurp, over all laws and legislation, that power created by the people to protect themselves from such unmitigated power, and to create for themselves, the government, unbridled, the power of the monarchy in an unfettered state such as Kings and royalty hold.
It makes the decision making process so much simpler when you only have to consult with those in power as to the meanings of important words and phrases, as used in the constitutions, that the common man would maintain properly, and that he has created to protect his freedoms. By reinterpreting these essential meanings into uselessness, as far as the common good (of the common man) is defined by the common man, those important statements, phrases, and meanings are rendered useless for the protection of those important freedoms and liberties, and can then be used as the screw which those in power, (the government that was never supposed to be able to become this powerful according to the framers of the Constitution),use to increase their power over the people. It is just another way to say that they are employing their paid minions, the lawyers, as the king so frequently used his court and his authorities.
How can you battle them, even in a court of law, when the very meanings of freedom and liberty have been changed and turned into privileges granted by a Federal government that has stolen the vehicle of our protections, the constitution and its original meaning, and is out stumping that precious vehicle to enrich themselves and their crony business interests. How can you battle them, even in a court of law, when the very definitions that you are using, and claim to support your freedoms and rights, can be reinterpreted in their favor by their courts, etc?
Have we voted these people into office to remove our individual rights? I think not! Make no mistake of it.
We , the People, have been fooled again! Those who would govern us rule us, for it has long been held by those of wealth and power that it is their interest that make the claim of utmost importance, as they see themselves as super- important, as decision makers, over the will of the common man, as the kings did. Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. This corruption always shows itself in how those who rule treat those who are ruled. This is the ultra-Rich’s way of preventing the use of the Poor’s majority.
Habeas corpus, one of our founding fathers most important documents, gleaned from English common law and the Magna Carta, has been put to the new monarch’s axe, and the right of the citizen’s to be safe in their homes, from spying and illegal wiretapping, has been overturned easily by the monarchy we now call the presidency. How about torture of prisoners, wasn‘t that once against the law? During WW1 and WW2, those who made the most in income paid the most in taxes, but now, with the new monarchy, those who make the most receive the largest tax breaks (and this even in the times of our most costly war, Iraq) at close to 2 trillion when it ends. And how about the new, new, deal; the end of social security. Or the impossibly high cost of medical care. The list of horrors goes on. The incredible gap between those of wealth, in America, and the poor! The outsourcing of America’s jobs, and good ones also, to India and China, so that our already super rich corporations can reap even higher profits.
Do you think that your Senators and Representatives do not know that this is happening? The truth of the fact is that they are aiding and abetting this cronyism and consolidation of wealth and power because they want a piece of the action. America, to the rich and politically well entrenched, is a sinking ship, like the proverbial Titanic, that has been run into a stump (or iceberg if you prefer) by those captains of our ship who do not give a damn about what happens to you, or your family, or your freedoms, or your future.
Like I said, we have been fooled again!
The Kings, in their own way, have inserted themselves into the decision making mind of our countries body politic again. We might well ask ourselves how this is happening, considering how strong were the wishes of our founding fathers, the writer’s of our constitution and bill of rights, that the majority not have the ability, legally or otherwise, to tyrannize the minority.
It must be known to many in our world that there are ways for a minority, in population, to become the majority in the areas of expertise and leverage that move our country and our world.
The power of the King and his court was never created by the tyranny of the many over the few, but was the tyranny created by the few, the royals, aided and abetted by the great wealth the royal family controlled and the power and force of arms it could convene upon those of a much more modest means. You can substitute the power of the King for the power of the extremely successful and the extremely wealthy, in cahoots with a purchased and only interested in becoming wealthy legislature, which includes the multinational corporations as esteemed friends of the elected few. In doing so you end up with the same thing; the same type of controlling government, wherein the common folks could only acquiesce to their entrenched rulers laws or proclamations, lest their protestations be conceived of as being against the betterment of the country. While it is true that we vote our Senators and Representatives and President into office, beyond that, the control of the government and control over the ‘Rule of Law’ are squarely within their means to create at their will. And create at their will a system of laws that protects those of wealth, as long as the wealthy capitalists stay within the bounds of the laws of capitalism that they have agreed upon, they have done.
The problem we the common people of this country are facing is that these ‘super-successful’ capitalists now control the wealth of Monarchs, and our government sees it as a fit and legally allowed part of their daily duties and obligations to be susceptible to their monetary wills. To put it simply, the people we have elected to represent us and protect those values that keep us safe, those same values that guarantee that the decrees of our constitution are upheld and that they protect our right to ‘Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness’, to be safe in our homes from government spying, and to maintain, as an example, the ’Writ of Habeas Corpus’, etc, etc, are being bought away by lobbyists, and a totally uncontrolled President, that represent those same ‘super-successful’ capitalists! To put it simply, we are being sold out, to the highest bidder, by those that we have elected to represent us.
Capitalism has replaced democracy, and democracy has become about as phony as voting for a king. Once they are in power they run roughshod over our constitutional rights and liberties that they may continue to capitalize upon their already incredible wealth and power. We, the People, have been left out of this equation, and now reside in our country as simple bystanders, as spectators to the rise of a new type of Monarchy that our founding fathers could not perceive.
The Kings of Capitalism now control our world, and the economic and social outcome of this country and its experiment to create a social order that respects, and holds dear, our freedoms and rights as ascertained by the constitution of this country, America. Our economic and social future is squarely in their hands because our elected government has given them the keys to the American Dream.
Hold on, because all hell is about to break loose!
